Since the outbreak of COVID 19 our organisation has delivered an effective mediation service to parties through the innovative use of telephone shuttle mediation, whereby parties are called by the Mediator on an alternate call basis over a morning or afternoon session.
The above has proven popular with those using the service and we have continued the use of this method to the present day (bearing in mind the ever present ebb and flow of covid infections).
For clients, please note that should face to face meetings be required by parties, we will endeavour to ensure these needs continue to be met when required (bearing in mind any government guidelines that may be in place at the time).
